Instructions to make Shawarma:
  1. First in bowl marinade chicken with ingredients 2 to 9. keep it for atleast 3 hours.
  2. Filling 1 : In a pan add very little oil and shallow fry the chicken.shred the chicken to fine pieces.
  3. Filling 2 : Cut the tomatoes,capsicum,onion,cabbage and cucumber (too small). Add pepper,salt and mayonnaise to it and combine well.
  4. Mix filling 1 and 2 together.
  5. Now take 1 kubus,brush some mayonnaise (or tahini sauce to enhance the taste) and add the filling to it.
