  2. You need 130 g Almonds
  3. You need 65 g Coconut flakes
  4. Provide 2 tbsps Sunflower seeds
  5. You need 2 tbsps Pumpkin seeds
  6. Prepare 2 tbsps Chia seeds
  7. Provide 200 g oats Rolled
  8. Prepare 7-8 apricots Dried (optional)
  9. Use 30 g Honey
  10. You need 30 g Peanut butter
Instructions to make Easy Energy Balls:
  1. Spread the oats in a baking tray and toast them lightly in the oven at 180C/350F for about 10 – 12 minutes. Watch them so that they don’t burn.
  2. Toast the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds also. They should be done in about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Lightly roast the coconut flakes in a pan. They burn very quickly so watch closely.
  4. Combine everything in a bowl.
  5. In a food processor add the dates, apricots and some oats. If you want you can give the dates a rough chop. Process it till it becomes smooth. It could become a ball.
  6. Add this to the bowl.
  7. Partially process some almonds in the food processor and chop the remaining. Add them to the bowl also.
  8. Add the honey and peanut butter to the bowl. Mix everything properly with hand and form balls.
