  1. Use 5 potatoes
  2. Use 1 yellow onion
  3. You need 1 green bell pepper
  4. You need 1 jalapeno
  5. Prepare 4 tbsp peanut oil
  6. Provide 2 tbsp cumin powder
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp ground coriander
  8. Provide 2 tbsp mustard powder
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  10. Use 1 tbsp course salt

  1. Dice potatoes and boil until soft.
  2. Slice onion and bell pepper in segments.
  3. Finely dice jalapeno and set aside.
  4. Mix cumin, mustard and coriander.
