  2. You need 6 pork loin chops
  3. Get 1 Onion sliced
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  5. Take 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
  6. You need 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  7. Use 1/4 cup double cream
  8. Take 1/4 cup boiling water
  9. Take 1 pinch black pepper

  1. On a griddle or frypan fry each side of the chops for 2 mins each side
  2. Slice onions and add to a frypan oiled with olive oil and fry until opaque in colour
  3. While the onions fry. Place the loin chops in a greased oven dish and put in a preheated oven 150 C/ gas 5-6 and oven cook for 20 minutes then turn the chops over and cook for a further 20 minutes.
  4. Pour the cider over the onions and fry fast for 3 minutes
