- Prepare 300 grams Pork loin
- You need 1/2 Onion
- Provide 1 clove Garlic
- Get 50 ml Vegetable oil
- Prepare 5 grams Butter
- Provide 1 tsp Sugar
- Provide 1 tbsp Ketchup
- Provide 120 ml Red wine
- Take 1 Salt and pepper
