The ingredients needed to prepare Pork & Garlic Mushroom Pasta:
- Get 2 pork loin chops
- Use 1 lrg garlic clove
- Take 2 tbsp creme fraiche
- Take big handful buttom mushrooms
- Provide handful sml chopped broccoli florets
- You need 210 g farfalle pasta
- Use tsp dried chilli flakes - optional
- Get big knob of butter
- Prepare salt and lots of black pepper

- Firstly get your pasta on to boil, take off the hob when just under done. Save a cup of the cooking water.
- Slice your button mushrooms and bash your pork and then slice to a similar size as your mushrooms and pasta.
