- Prepare 1 sweet potato peel & diced
- You need 1/4 c olive oil, divided
- You need 4 cloves garlic- finely chopped
- Prepare 2 tbs oregano, divided

- Provide 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast- diced
- Use 1 large head of broccoli
