  1. You need 2 lb chicken breasts cubed
  2. Take 10 Med Red Potatoes cubed
  3. Take 1/3 cup olive oil
  4. Use 1 1/2 tsp salt
  5. You need 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  6. Take 1 tbsp paprika
  7. Provide 2 tbsp garlic powder
  8. You need 6 tbsp Hot Sauce
  9. Use 2 cup grated cheese (Mexican blend)
  10. Provide 1 cup bacon (cooked & crumbled)
  11. You need 1 cup green onions chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F
  2. Spray 9 x 12 Baking Dish with oil.
  3. In large bowl combine oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder & hot sauce.
