  1. You need 1-2 very ripe bananas (overripe is perfect)
  2. Use 2-3 tbsp plain flour
  3. You need 1-2 tbsp milk (any kind will do, even coconut milk)

  5. Provide 1 tbsp butter + splash of oil for frying pan

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl with the salt until it forms a smooth wet paste.
