- Use 300 g pork belly
- Take 1/4-1/2 c water
- Use 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Take 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
- Take 1/4 bar butter

- Simmer whole pork belly (salted) in water in a pan, flip when water has reduced halfway.
- Add cooking oil and let fat render and brown. Cover, careful with oil spits. Flip on other side and brown. Do all of this in 5 mins. As pork easily gets tough when cooked too long.
