The ingredients needed to make Green apple jalebi:
- Take 2 green apples
- Provide 1 cup all purpose flour
- Prepare 2 tsp corn flour
- Take 1/2 tsp dry yeast
- Take 1 tbsp ghee
- Take 1 tsp sugar
- You need Pinch salt

Steps to make Green apple jalebi:
- Dissolve yeast with 1/4 tsp sugar in 1/2 cup lukewarm water for 5-10minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Now in another vessel, add all purpose flour, corn flour, sugar, salt and yeast mixture. Mix well,add ghee and water to prepare batter. Do not make runny batter, add less water.
- Cover it & let it rest for about an hour.
- For sugar syrup, mix water, sugar and saffron & boil it till it reaches one string consistency, lastly add lemon juice in it, it will prevent forming of crystals in sugar syrup.
- Cut apple into slices, remove the seeds.
- Heat ghee, once hot, turn flame on medium, dip the apple slice in batter & carefully put it in hot ghee and fry from both sides till it becomes golden & crispy.
- Soak it in warm sugar syrup till another Jalebi is fried. Let it be dipped in sugar syrup, flip in between. Then remove it & put on wire mash to drain excess sugar syrup.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruit and serve.
