- Prepare 10-12 Tomatoes
- Use 2-3 Chillies
- Prepare 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

- Get 1 tsp Oil
- Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Provide 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- Prepare 2 Fried eggs

- You need 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
- You need 1 tsp Red chilli powder

Instructions to make Tomato Chutney:
- Boil water and add roughly chopped tomatoes.Add 2 to 3 green chillies
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder &salt
- Cook the tomatoes till mushy and all the water dried up
- Temper the chutney - Heat oil and add cumin, Curry leaves and ginger garlic paste
- Cook the ginger garlic paste and add the tempering over the tomato chutney

- In oil add the Kasuri methi, red chilli powder and Dhania powder
