Instructions to make Tomato rice:
  1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the rice and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in cooker. Put cumin seeds, mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,green cardomom and cinnamon stick.
  4. Now add onions and fry till translucent.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, Curry leaves and mint leaves and cook till the raw smell of ginger garlic goes. Now add tomatoes and salt and cook till tomatoes get mushy.

  7. Now add soaked rice in it. Put water. Mix properly.
