The ingredients needed to cook Guacamole:
  1. Take 1 ripe Haas Avacodo
  2. Provide 3 oz finely chopped tomato
  3. Prepare 2 Tbs finely diced onion
  4. Provide 2-3 mild jarred jalapeno slices, minced
  5. Provide 1 1/4 tsp dried cilantro to taste
  6. Prepare 1/2 small lime, squeezed
Instructions to make Guacamole:
  1. .MIx tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime. Taste and adjust, add salt if wanted
  2. Remove Avocado flesh and put into a mixing bowl
  3. Mash with a fork until desired texture
  4. Blend the Avocado and the tomato mixture in a bowl, adjust seasonings
  5. Put into a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap letting the wrap touch the Guacamole to prevent browning
  6. I don't think adding the seed does anything
