- Prepare 350 grams Plain cooked rice
- You need 100 grams Salmon
- Use 1/4 Avocado
- Get 2 sheets Nori seaweed
- You need 1 White sesame seeds
- Provide 1 two large leaves Lettuce
- Take 1 Sushi vinegar
- Use 1 dash Tempura batter crumbs (tenkasu)

- Make the sushi rice. In a large bowl or dish, mix the sushi vinegar into the rice by using a cutting motion while fanning the rice.
