- Get 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- Provide 2 C. Pre-packaged Chilorio (Mexican shredded pork), fully cooked
- Prepare 2 corn tortillas
- Prepare 1/2 red onion, sliced
- Use 1 jalapeno, sliced
- Prepare 1/4 C. Queso Fresco, crumbled
- Take 1/4 C. Cilantro, chopped
- Get 2 dallops of sour cream
- Provide Dash hot sauce (optional)

- In a medium skillet over medium-high, heat oil until simmering. Place corn tortillas in skillet and cook 30 seconds, flip and cook another 30 seconds, remove and drain on paper towels.
