  1. Prepare 220 gms maida
  2. You need 6 over ripe bananas
  3. Prepare 100 gms salted butter
  4. Provide 80 gms brown sugar
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup/200 grams curd

  7. Get 1 tsp baking soda
  8. Get 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

  1. Grease the baking mould with butter & dust it with maida & set aside, preheat the oven to 180°c.
  2. In a mixing bowl take butter & sugar & beat it for 8-10mins, then add mashed bananas to it & mix well, then add vanilla essence & curd & again mix everything nicely.
  3. Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon together & add this mixture to the wet ingredients slowly & make a nice batter out of it.
  4. Lastly fold in chopped walnuts & pour it into a greased baking mould & bake it in a preheated oven for 35-40 mins over 180°c.
