- Prepare 1 potato
- You need 1 capsicum
- Prepare 1 cabbage roughly chopped
- Prepare 1 carrot
- Use 1 onion

- Prepare 1 tsp Jeera

- Take 2 cloves Garlic

Instructions to make Pav bhaji fondue:
- In a pressure cooker take roughly chopped capsicum, cabbage, carrot, beans, garlic, ginger, potato and add 1/4 cup water and pressure cook for two whistles.
- Now in a deep pan heat 2 tbsp butter, add jeera
- Now add finely chopped onion and tomato and saute.
- Now add boiled veggies in pan.
- Add all the spices like salt, red chilli and pav bhaji masala.
- Now cook on low flame for 5 mins.
- Turn off the flame and With the help of blender make a smooth fine puree of bhaji.
- Now add the rest of the butter and cheese in bhaji and cover with lid.
- Serve with small pav roasted in butter.
