- Get 5 potatoes
- Provide 1 yellow onion
- Prepare 1 green bell pepper
- Take 1 jalapeno
- Prepare 4 tbsp peanut oil

- Take 2 tbsp ground coriander

- Dice potatoes and boil until soft.
