- Take 6 Cans beans (Navy Beans or Northern Beans)
- Prepare 2 Links Chouriço (hot or mild)
- Provide 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- Get 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- Take 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- Prepare to taste Garlic powder
- Get 1 onion chopped

- Place Beans in a drainer. Rinse with cold water. Let it drain until ready to go into pan.
