- Take couscous

- Prepare 1 1/2 cup boiling chicken broth
- Take 2 clove garlic, minced / 1/2 onion, small diced, 1 teaspoon oil
- Use 1/4 cup parsley, measured before chopped
- Take 1 lemon, zest and juice

- Use 2 boneless pork chops, I used ones that were 2" thick.

- In a pot on medium heat , saute onions and garlic until onions become translucent, about 4 minutes.
