The ingredients needed to prepare bake sushi:
- You need 2 cup sushi rice
- Get 1 cup sour cream
- Take 1/2 packages imitation crab cut to small pieces
- Get 1/2 lb shrimp cut to small pieces
- Provide 1/2 cup soft cream cheese
- Use 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Prepare 3 tbsp furikake aka Japanese rice seasoning
- Use 3 tsp salmon roe / fish egg
- Use 1 packages nori /sushi roll
Instructions to make bake sushi:
- cook rice according to package direction
- preheat oven to 350°F
- mix in one bowl the shrimp, imitation crab, mayo, cream cheese and sour cream all together
- in a baking dish layer cook rice, the mix shrimp and crab, rice seasoning and fish egg
- bake for 15 mins
- then cut 1 whole of nori to 4 pcs and serve
