The ingredients needed to make Chicken Adobo:
- Provide 2 " 2 Pounds Chicken breast , cut into pieces
- Take 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- Get 6 - 8 cloves Garlic , chopped
- Use 2 Bay Leaves , dried
- Take 10 - 12 Peppercorns , whole
- Use Pinch Salt
- Get 1/4 + 1/8 Cup Vinegar
- Take 1/8 Cup Soy Sauce

- Heat oil over medium heat, then saute garlic until golden brown and fragrant.
- Add chicken and brown. Try to achieve a hard sear on random pieces.
