- Get 1 rack pork spare or baby back ribs
- You need 2 tsp sugar
- You need 1 tsp salt
- Take 1 clove minced garlic
- Provide 1 tsp minced ginger
- Get 2 Tbls soy sauce
- Get 2 Tbls dry white wine
- Get 1/2 tsp five spice powder
