  1. Take 1 pound brussels sprouts
  2. Take 1/2 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  3. Get 3 oz sliced bacon
  4. Prepare 1 shallot, sliced thin
  5. Prepare 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
  6. You need 1 1/2 C heavy cream
  7. You need 1/2 tsp gound black pepper
