- Provide 5 strips thick cut bacon
- Use 2 tablespoons butter/ or olive oil
- Get 2 cups brussel sprouts - halved
- Prepare Salt/ pepper

- Prepare 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
- Provide 3 tablespoons bacon fat
